Kim has experience in the marketplace. She has been a contributor to the success of many businesses. Her experience and participation in business comes from various roles which include; public accountant, controller, operations specialist, client relations director, executive recruiter, sales and small business owner. Kim’s varied marketplace experience has provided her with the ability to empathize with the client, understand the need and strategize a plan for the client.
Kim’s success as an executive and professional coach is a result of her ability to help companies and individuals, identify growth opportunities and create strategies that obtain the results they desire. She is committed to her client achieving results.

Kim enjoys “focus time” early in the morning, exercising, reading and outdoor activities to keep her energized. As a mom, Kim keeps in touch with her two sons, by supporting their passions, scouts, music, friends and outdoor sports. Her greatest fan and cheerleader is her husband Steve. Personal life experiences make Kim a wise, understanding and caring individual. Kim is passionate about living life intentionally.
